Blowing Bubbles

I started this picture AGES ago, and finally finished it last night. I got the vauge idea when I read Sashas [link] muse contest. If any of you know about it, yes, I know, it ended a really long time ago. XP But yeah! This is my muse! And my ideas are a lot like trying to blow bubbles. See, 'cause ometimes I have a million ideas at once, and its impossible to catch them all. But sometimes, when I try too hard, I can't get anything.

She is wearing a Hakama, Japanese pants. Did yu know they were originally used as a school uniform? Now they use it as graduation ceremony outfits. How pretty!
